You’ll be rewarded for each task you complete through the app – whether it’s a comment, like, question, or a post.
Service Order
We, Comversaytion Ltd., Registration No. 514564772, from Kibbutz Ashdot Ya’akov Ihud (hereinafter: "the Company"), hereby request the services specified in this order, under the terms and compensation detailed below:

Basis of Engagement:
This engagement, according to this order, is a service agreement between a service provider and an independent contractor. There is no intention, nor has there ever been, to establish an employer-employee relationship between us and you and/or anyone acting on your behalf and/or for you, including your employees.
If, despite the above, a competent authority (judicial, administrative, or otherwise) determines that you are entitled to any additional payment and/or any other right due to the existence of an employer-employee relationship and/or under a collective agreement and/or arrangement and/or custom and/or extension order and/or by any other means, you shall be required to indemnify us for any additional amount paid to you as a result of such a ruling. We shall also be entitled to offset any such payment against your indemnification obligation. Alternatively, a retroactive financial reconciliation will be conducted regarding the compensation under this order, ensuring that the total cost of obtaining the services from you under this order does not exceed the compensation specified above, and you shall refund us the difference between what was paid to you and the amounts due to you as an employee within the total employer cost as per any such ruling mentioned above.
Throughout the engagement period and while providing services to the Company, you may work in parallel in any other occupation without any restrictions from the Company. However, if there is a concern regarding a conflict of interest in fulfilling your role, you are required to immediately inform the designated contact person at the Company.
During the engagement period and while providing services to the Company, you shall use your own tools/resources. The Company has no knowledge regarding your working hours and days, and it is not of concern to the Company.
The Company is not obligated to assign work at any specific volume, and you have the right to decline tasks assigned to you.
Confidentiality Obligation
You must maintain confidentiality regarding any information obtained during your work and/or as a result of providing the services and not use it for any purpose other than delivering the services. You are also prohibited from sharing or distributing brand names you are asked to write about. This confidentiality obligation applies both during the service period and thereafter.
Any information that comes into your possession during your engagement with the Company is intended solely for fulfilling your duties efficiently and should not be used for any other purpose except for providing the service to the Company. Upon termination of the engagement, for any reason, you shall immediately return to the Company all media, data, and documents held by you that are directly or indirectly related to your work for the Company. You commit not to use these materials after the termination of the engagement and not to retain any related data in your possession or control.
Conflict of Interest:
You are permitted to continue providing services to others besides the Company, provided that this does not conflict with your obligations under this order.
You are required to inform the Company of any similar services provided by you to competing entities.
Compliance with Legal Requirements:
You commit to strictly comply with all legal requirements while providing services to the Company, including internet writing regulations, protecting reputations, and avoiding defamation or harm to any person. It is strictly prohibited to harm any third party, defame, mislead with false information, or share information that is not fully known to you as accurate and truthful.
Your compensation is not based on any particular outcome and is not contingent upon the results of your work; rather, it is paid for the mere provision of the service.
The Company has sole discretion regarding whether to use your services and to what extent. Conversaytion reserves the right to modify the compensation, subject to prior notice.
Each task is paid separately, usually between $1–$3. The more tasks you complete, the more rewards you earn.
It’s not a full-time job or a lottery win – but you can easily make a few hundred dollars per month.
There are also fixed-price projects – for example, $80 for 20 comments. These projects will be explained to you separately, when relevant.
Conversaytion reserves the right to make changes to the compensation, subject to prior notice.
Payment Terms
At the end of each month, you’ll need to send us an invoice so we can process your payment. You can use ready-made templates from the internet.
Termination of Services:
We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to terminate this order by providing written notice of 7 days in advance. In such a case, you will be entitled to full compensation for the portion of services performed by you up to that date, but you will not be entitled to any compensation for the termination of services.
Likewise, you may terminate this order by providing written notice of 7 days in advance.
Upon termination of the engagement, and at any time before then, you must return to us all materials and information in your possession that were received from us and/or obtained while providing the services and/or any materials created by you as part of or related to the services under this order.
It is agreed that all materials prepared and/or created by you for the Company shall be the sole property of the Company, and the Company may use them for any purpose as it deems appropriate. You completely and irrevocably waive any moral and/or financial rights in relation to them.
